Whether you Facebook, Tweet, blog or participate in forums, in 2010 there is one thing we all have in common- and that is the love of connecting with others and having our voice heard.
Today we exchange advice, parenting struggles, shopping tips and sometimes just random thoughts as regularly as we eat our meals. And while all of these exchanges are done virtually (and sometimes in just 140 characters)- over time there is a very real trust and friendship that is built from it.
The Big Toy Book is similar in that the site gives parents and gift buyers a choice and a voice in the toy world, just as your favorite forums may give you a choice and a voice in the parenting world. It’s not just a website that provides you with toy information. It allows you to easily comparison shop, shop by specific need & it is a growing community that encourages members to share their product and shopping experiences with each other.
If you follow @thebigtoybook on Twitter, you are well aware that they love to connect with their community and offer chances to win some of the hottest toys available.
So, this being the week of their official blog launch they wanted to do something BIG!
… The Discovery Wonderwall Entertainment Projector – BIG!
With this projector you can make every night movie night. Watch TV, DVDs, home videos, and even play your favorite video games up to 90 inches (diagonally) on any wall in your home, or on the ceiling! This projector is sold in stores for $119, but today you can win it!
Here’s the scoop–
We want to hear your voice!
Visit www.thebigtoybook.com and leave a comment for any toy your child currently has and let us know what your honest opinion of it is!
Do they play with it every day? Is it collecting dust? … Did you remove the batteries because it was too noisy?
We want the whole truth and nothing but the truth!
Then come back here to the blog and let us know which toy you commented on.
It’s that easy!
Each entrant is allowed 2 entries. Please leave separate comments for each.
Contest runs Monday, February 8th through Sunday, February 21st
Good luck!
Winner will be chosen via random.org on Monday, Feb 22 and posted here on TBTB blog. Please be sure to leave your email address so that we may contact you directly. If we do not hear back from the original winner in 48 hours we reserve the right to pick another winner.

I don't have a child of my own, so I can't say…..I hope I can still enter, though I suppose I won't ever know. I know some little girls I know used to play with the dolls with the big faces but I highly doubt they do anymore. I think some toys get old fast these days.
